This Content Responsibility Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the subscribing school ("School") and Vinrays Solutions LLC ("ParentSync") upon completion of onboarding.

1. School Content Responsibility

The School is solely responsible for all content sent through the ParentSync™ platform by its authorized users, including but not limited to administrators, teachers, and staff members.

2. User Training Obligation

The School agrees to ensure all authorized users are trained on the Acceptable Use Policy before being granted platform access. The School is responsible for communicating platform guidelines to its staff.

3. Misuse Investigation

The School will promptly investigate (within 48 hours) any reported misuse by its staff. ParentSync may suspend messaging capabilities for individual users or the entire school account if misuse is not addressed within the specified timeframe.

4. Indemnification

The School indemnifies ParentSync (Vinrays Solutions LLC) against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from school-generated content sent through the platform by the School's authorized users.

5. AI Content Moderation

ParentSync provides AI-powered content moderation as a best-effort safety measure, not a guarantee of content safety. While we strive to detect and prevent harmful content, the School remains ultimately responsible for the actions of its users.

6. Term

This Agreement is effective from the date of acceptance and remains in force while the School's subscription is active. Termination of the subscription does not release the School from liability for content sent during the active period.
